For AMC terms and conditions is below:

· Annual Maintenance Contract period 12, 24 or 36 months.

· Membrane, Sediment filter, Carbon Filter one time change under AMC.

· RO Cabinet, Tap and another plastic parts not covered in the AMC.

· Three Periodical services (on demand).

· Any additional visit (foc) during AMC period by intimation.

· Price of AMC may be increase according to water purifier actual conditions and their uses.

· Contract is non transferable and non refundable.

· Contract will be for 12 months on site from the bill date.

· The call I'll be attended within 24 hours from logging complaints.

· Full amount has to be paid in advance.

· We use genuine spare parts and equality of specifications.

Repair/Service

· Installation Charges:Rs350 To Rs500[All brands RO Water Purifier installation]

· Visit Charge of Rs300 To Rs.450/-

· Any other parts not including in Visit Charge

· If the technician visit at destination visit charges will be payable.

· Any other parts will be payable and adding in visit charge.

· Please check and clear your work is done by a technician, warranty of job work will be applicable for 24 hours after billing date.

· Visit charges and parts charge (Cost) not refundable.

· Any Part Change Warranty three month only-only part changed 

· Any Dispute Dehradun Court Only
